These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website. Please read the terms in full before you use this Website. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this Website. Using the Website (buying from us) implies that you accept these Terms & Conditions. We do occasionally update these Terms & Conditions so please refer back to them in the future.
1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1.1 Customers must seek prior approval for any returns from Seller. We offer a 7 (seven) days money back guarantee period from the date buyer receive item, which means return dispute has to be raised & resolved with Seller within 7 days from date of item being received by buyer and tracking no. provided by buyer for return of item within this 7 days period. Refund to buyer will be made 20 days upon receipt of item in good condition. Item must be received by Seller in an unused, new and good condition and items must be returned in its original packaging, no items missing or removed. Items must be intact like how it was sent to buyer. Any items missing, damaged or removed from original packaging will be deducted from the refund money. Return postage charges/cost will be borne by buyer. Return shipping must be via first class air registered mail post with tracking number provided to Seller like how item was sent to buyer. A 15% restocking fee may apply to all items returned. Only once items have been received then only will refund be made.
Generally items sold on our website are not returnable or refundable. We will not be held responsible for gross misuse of products. All items sold will not carry manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stipulated in product listing on our website. Any returns will solely be at the behest of our company.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Items are shipped within 5-7 working days of payment received and address confirmed. You have a 24 hours period after purchase to cancel an order after which order will NOT be shipped. Seller reserve the right to levy a charge of USD 50.00 to cover any subsequent administrative banking charges.
2.2 In the event Seller suspect fraudulent activities or buyer do not understand item after item had been purchased or if there is no postal delivery service to buyers country/destination, Seller has the right to refuse sending shipment to buyer on any of the above and a refund will be made to buyer. Seller has the right to decide on the amount to refund buyer. Refund to buyer will be made after a levy charge of USD 50.00 to cover for restocking & administrative fees & banking charges.
3. SITE ACCESS
3.1 You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible only if you are registered.
4. USE OF WEBSITE
4.1 You are permitted to use our website with discretion and responsibly and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our prior consent/permission. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
4.2 The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent/permission.
4.3 Subject to paragraph 2.1, No part of this Website may be reproduced without our prior written permission.
5. SITE UPTIME
5.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
5.2 This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

10. GOVERNING JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian Law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian Law.
11. CUSTOMER RETURN OF GOODS INSTRUCTIONS:
Customers will have to bear the cost of return postage charges for returned products that we receive and if requested to be resend or returned back again to customers. We will notify customers of return postal charges. However the 7 days money back guarantee will apply. Which means money will be returned minus approx. 15% restocking fees, including service charge and for money received through PayPal.
12. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We work from Monday-Friday. We do not work on Public Holidays, unless otherwise stipulated. We usually process orders in 2-3 working days. We follow all Malaysian Public Holidays. If a Public Holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday then the following Monday will be considered a Public Holiday and we will only process an order on the next working day.
Seller may provide FREE shipping worldwide or provide options for shipping that is chosen during the checkout process, unless otherwise expressly stated or agreed. All items are sent via registered Airmail Post or Pos Laju in Malaysia with tracking number. Which usually means in most countries someone has to sign and receive the package/postage.
Please check and verify your postal address is correct when making any purchases through tinytapir.com. Seller will verify and use the address customer has provided and entered during checkout on website before Seller sends items out to customer. Please also ensure that item is sent to an address where there is a person to sign and pick up the item/s for you.
In the event customers are not around to receive the package or postage the items will usually be returned to SENDER (tinytapir.com). Upon receipt of item returned by postal authority. At this point customer will be notified of returned item. Customer may be given the choice of either collecting items at our warehouse /retail outlet or re-posting item to Customer. Customer will be charged Shipping Fees for re-posting item. Customer may also be charged for Handling/Administrative Costs incurred for the second or subsequent shipments. Handling/Administrative Costs may be charged because of numerous phone calls to track & trace package, labor cost to pick up package from Post Office, labour costs to repost package again and repackaging costs if necessary. Amount of which will be determined by Seller at the point of second or subsequent reshipment, on a case to case basis. Only upon receipt of Payment for second or subsequent shipment will Seller send the item to Customer.
It is also the Customers responsibility to track & trace the items shipped and their responsibility to pick the items up from the Courier company or make arrangements with the Courier company for an appropriate time for delivery. Customer is fully responsible for the item the moment it leaves our premise.
Covid19 Independent Shippers & Courier agents.
Please be informed that due to the covid19 situation worldwide, Pos Malaysia has suspended all International shipment until further notice.
However, if the Customer chooses to use their own independent International or local courier service to pick up orders from our TinyTapir warehouse, they are welcome to do so.
The Customer needs to communicate with TinyTapir via whatsapp before making arrangements with their courier agents.
TinyTapir will provide to Customer, date, time & address for pickup of their order.
Once Customer has engaged the services of their respective courier company, kindly provide TinyTapir with the details. E.g. Booking details n Tracking no. via e-mail or whatsapp.
Once the Customers order has been picked up by their courier agent, the Customer and their respective courier agent are responsible for delivery and the package.
We would appreciate if the Customer would kindly advise TinyTapir when their package has been safely received.
